Dr. Deepak Mittal

Dr. Deepak Mittal is an Indian business tycoon, investor, philanthropist and visionary. He is the Managing Director of Sonalika Group of Companies. He was responsible for guiding Sonalika Tractors through three decades of diversification and growth to finally emerge as one of the global leaders in the Tractor manufacturing Industry. Through his efforts the group has made its strong presence in 100 and above countries across the globe. Dr. Mittal is a self-made industrialist, a prominent entrepreneur and started his career in 1980 with a vision to make Sonalika a global company. His vision of green revolution in the country contributed mainly in the development of agricultural industry.

Dr. Mittal comes from a very humble family background. He always had a dream to become a successful man, a change agent and to contribute towards the society to make it a better place to live in.

Dr. Mittal’s journey of making the company from scratch to a Billion dollar industry is a learning experience of grit, strength of personality, honesty, integrity and success.

Dr. Mittal truly believes that a company can be sustainable if there is a balance between Corporate Economic Responsibility (CER) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). With this belief, Sonalika Group have pledged to empower society so that they can strengthen the future “today” and to create a value for the society.

Sonalika Group has been a pioneer of various social causes long before the concept of CSR was introduced. Sonalika with its associate NGO’s has been working for social causes for the last 14 years.

Mrs. Sangeeta Mittal

Mrs Sangeeta Mittal is a renowned Socio-Religious activist also known as Traditional Sanjeevni Reiki Grand Master. Mrs. Sangeeta Mittal w/o Sh. Amrit Sagar Mittal, Vice chairman Sonalika Group of Industries, has a successful practice in spreading happiness through social and spiritual activities in country and abroad. Mrs. Mittal has been pivotal in eradicating prevailing loneliness in senior citizens. She has established a recreation & smart living center for senior citizens in the name of “Sanjeevni Sharnam”.

Under Sonalika Group’s CSR she also established a wellness center in the name of ‘Sanjeevni Healing and Meditation Centre’ in Vasant vihar area of Hoshiarpur keeping the need of health in view. I LOVE HSP: Clean city is yet another dynamic initiative taken up by her. This project aims at creating a Zero Garbage society. Cleanliness drives, beautification & efficient waste management system are the three pillars of this successful project.

Mrs. Surbhi Mittal

Mrs. Surbhi Mittal is the Director of Sonalika CSR. She leads Sonalika CSR as a mentor and is persistently working towards the uplifment of Women, Children and a clean environment for all. An accomplished and talented individual, she initiates her programs in diverse segments like providing platform to empower women and also educate them about sanitation and menstrual hygiene, providing an equal platform for child education through gender sensitization and also towards cleaner air for all through crop residue management.

She takes pride in working towards the society and giving back to it, in her own humble way. She is married to Mr. Raman Mittal, a leading tractor industrialist, and is a mother of two lovely children. She manages her family time and her commitments towards the uplifment of the society with great enthusiasm and zeal.

She holds degrees in BSc (Hons) in Business Studies and MSc Finance from Cass Business School, London. She also holds a Diploma in early childhood education and successfully ran a pre-School in East Delhi.
