Quality Healthcare for Everyone, Everywhere.

OUR PROGRAMS

Sonalika Arogyam
The recently launched program found its first station in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, benefitting over 250 women to date with hands-on and targeted care throughout the antenatal and postnatal journeys of these women. The initiative promotes safe pregnancy and better nutrition along with newborn care through the distribution of essential knowledge and resources like nutrition kits and Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) sling bags.
The program reflects Sonalika CSR’s commitment to building a healthy and happy tomorrow for everyone.
Taboo to Talk : Menstrual Health and Hygiene Awareness Sessions Across India
Menstrual hygiene is something that impacts billions across the globe; however, the lack of discussion over the topic turns menstrual hygiene and awareness into a privilege rather than a right. Breaking that silence, Sonalika CSR has conducted multiple awareness sessions in Delhi, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Tamil Nadu, reaching 900+ adolescents.
With fun activities and open discussions, these sessions provide young girls with a detailed understanding of biological processes and hormonal changes underlying the menstrual cycle. Common myths and taboos are also addressed head-on, building a space for dialogue and questions without judgement.
For lasting impact, Sonalika CSR also distributes menstrual awareness flipbooks and hygiene kits, ensuring an informed, confident, and healthy future for young girls.
