OUR PROGRAMS
Sonalika Gurukul
Sonalika Gurukul have transformed the lives of over 3500+ children from underprivileged communities across India, including Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and the tribal regions of Jharkhand. These learning centers aim to bridge learning gaps by identifying children’s specific learning needs and ensuring targeted support, aligning their education with age-appropriate learning levels.
Many of these children are first-generation learners, either attending school, having dropped out, or never having attended.
Sonalika Summer Camp
Going beyond traditional classroom settings, Sonalika CSR transforms its Gurukul Centres into hubs of joyful learning with fun Summer Camps.
Children actively participate in a range of activities, including dance, pottery, fireless and safe cooking techniques, origami workshops, and much more, enriching their curiosity, creativity, and self-confidence. Hands-on activities like Kabaad Se Jugaad: Bageecha Makers teach them to reimagine and recycle waste into beautiful green spaces, marking their first contributions to a greener and sustainable future.
Sonalika Art and Lit Festival
Often, the world of art and literature is reserved for children from privileged backgrounds. Challenging this age-old narrative, Sonalika CSR organizes the Literature and Art Festival in rural and tribal areas like Khunti, Jharkhand, and Firozabad, UP. The aim is to give children from underprivileged socioeconomic backgrounds a gateway into the world of imagination, literature, and creativity.
With carefully curated activities and sessions, these events become a space where children create, articulate, and perform, nurturing their confidence, teamwork and self-expression abilities.
With continuous effort, the program has reached 384+ children.
Reimagining Anganwadis: Sonalika CSR Enhancing the Learning Spaces
Sonalika CSR commits itself to building a strong learning foundation that shapes lifelong progress. To fulfil this mission, it has begun to support 20 anganwadis across Delhi NCR. The aim is to enhance the grassroots learning spaces and make education more joyful and meaningful for early learners.
From infrastructure repair to adding interactive learning elements (like visual aids, thematic wall paintings and activity zones), Sonalika CSR ensures that tomorrow’s generation learns and grows in a stimulating and supportive environment.
Sonalika CSR Educational Outreach Initiatives: Stories That Travelled Far
Committed to providing access to quality books and safe learning spaces to every child, Sonalika CSR expanded its outreach to rural and remote areas across India. Our efforts take learning beyond classroom settings and open the way for imagination, self-confidence, and creativity.
Sonalika Storytelling Sessions
Using storytelling as a tool, Sonalika CSR ensures children from diverse and Underprivileged regions are empowered with valuable knowledge in andengaging and enjoyable way.
The initiative partners with schools and NGOs, including Global Hunt Foundation, Sunaayy Foundation, Vipla Foundation, DAV, and KV, and aims to enhance children’s understanding of key lessons through fun and relatable stories. Till now, we have reached 18,000 + children, providing them with interactive and impactful learning experiences.
Sonalika Udaan Classes
Sonalika CSR has created an online platform, Udaan Classes, which brings meaningful lessons and holistic growth to underprivileged children. The initiative partners with experts to deliver engaging videos, interactive storytelling, quizzes, cross-cultural exposure, life-skills learning activities, and awareness sessions bridging knowledge gaps among different socio-economic backgrounds.
Till now, we’ve explored time management, gratitude and never give up meaningful topics and reached 500 children, contributing to their holistic personality development.
Outreach to Remote Place
Sonalika CSR, under its Education focus area, reached the remote regions of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, where life is beautiful but often disconnected from the resources many take for granted. The initiative reached out to 1800+ children with opportunities to learn that last.
Sonalika CSR ensured lasting impact by:
- Setting up 4 Sonalika Reading Corners.
- Establishing a Village Library as a community knowledge hub.
- Donating Sonalika Publications’ books to the State Library.
- Supporting a Mobile Library.
For its efforts, Sonalika CSR was honoured by the State Library, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, for Promoting Literacy Among Children.
Sonalika Publications
With a goal to provide quality education to every child in the most simplified manner, Sonalika Publications strives to create a better society through value-based education, promoting inclusive learning.
Through this initiative, Sonalika CSR has set a benchmark in raising awareness, including social, cultural and environmental empathy, gender awareness, financial literacy, and many more.
These books are published in English, Hindi and bilingual formats aiming to make reading and learning accessible to children from different communities.
Additionally, as a part of Sonalika CSR’s commitment to sustainability, all the books are made from 100% recycled paper.
Sonalika Literature Fests
Sonalika Publications actively participates in top literature festivals PAN India, promoting children’s reading habits and fostering valuable partnerships. They offer a unique opportunity for children to engage with books at interactive corners, allowing us to gain insights into their preferences, needs, and feedback.

Sonalika Stories To Stage
Sonalika CSR’s “Stories to Stage” initiative empowers children to unlock the magic of storytelling, transforming not just their lives but also the world around them. Partnering with professional storytellers and enthusiastic children from NGOs and schools, we bring our books to life through captivating live performances.
As the young performers participate in this creative journey, they not only boost their imagination and creativity but also build confidence and empathy in their hearts. With over 15,000 children touched by this initiative, it has sparked a love for reading, strengthened their kindness and compassion, and prepared them to become agents of positive change in the world.
Sonalika on Wheels
Even in this digital age, reading remains limited to classrooms for the marginalized, and some do not even have that access. Taking this into consideration, Sonalika CSR embarked on a mission to make reading fun and accessible anywhere with “Sonalika On Wheels” – a sustainable mobile library. It travels from village to village, bringing books directly to the doorstep of rural communities, making quality literature and the joy of reading available and accessible to all.
