Breaking Barriers, Building Champions
A major objective of Sonalika CSR is to promote sports and support diverse talent in overcoming their barriers, and help them grow in their sports of interest. Committed to the cause – we provide access to training, equipment, coaching, and all resources necessary to empower young athletes chasing their dreams. From establishing wrestling academies, football clubs to shooting ranges, we strive hard to support in building a future where champions come from all walks of life
Sonalika CSR aims to promote sports and mainstream them among different communities across the country. With the conviction that no dream shall remain unfulfilled due to the lack of resources, we provide access to training, equipment, coaching, and all resources necessary to empower young athletes chasing their dreams.
From establishing wrestling academies, football clubs to shooting ranges, we strive hard to support aspiring athletes from diverse backgrounds overcome their barriers, and help them grow in their sports of interest.

Nurturing Champions: The Sonalika Shooting Range
Supporting children from small villages, Sonalika CSR's Shooting Range initiative has helped 15 girls from the Rifle Association of Johri gain recognition. With additional shooting ranges established in Chabbewal and Faridabad, students have won medals at district and state levels, showcasing the power of proper training and support.
Empowering Future Athletes: Inspirational Athletics Initiative
Addressing the challenges faced by young athletes, this initiative provides essential support and training. Athletes like Jauna Murmu, Debashree Mazumdar, and Priyanka Panwar have achieved national and international success, including gold medals and participation in the Asian Games, with sights set on the Tokyo Olympics.
Reviving Wrestling: Baba Gangnath Kushti Academy
Partnering with Baba Gang Nath Kushti Academy in Delhi, Sonalika CSR supports wrestlers like Pinky Balhara, who earned a silver medal at the Asian Games. By providing judo mats and resources, the academy enhances training for aspiring wrestlers aiming for future achievements.
Holistic Growth: My Angels Academy
In partnership with My Angels Academy, Sonalika CSR supports football players from underprivileged backgrounds, teaching holistic values like discipline, dedication, and teamwork. This initiative empowers children to pursue their dreams and become better citizens despite numerous challenges.
Promoting Football: Sonalika Football Club
The Sonalika Football Cup encourages children aged 5 to 16 to engage in football, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Supporting children with clubfoot and fostering community interaction, this annual event inspires participation and breaks down discrimination barriers.
Building Future Stars: Athletics & Judo
Through collaborations with Angels Academy, the Sonalika Sports Academy provides coaching in judo and athletics to talented children from lower sections of society. This initiative aims to help them achieve significant milestones and reach their full potential.
Art & Culture
Sonalika CSR is deeply committed to promoting local artists and Indian art through its comprehensive support programs. The initiative provides aspiring artists with 8 to 12 weeks of in-hand training workshops, offering them the opportunity to refine their skills and unleash their creativity.
The program nurtures talent by creating a dedicated learning environment, where artists can explore new techniques and ideas. Upon completion, the artists showcase their final works in a public exhibition, making their creations accessible to a wider audience.
These exhibitions not only spotlight emerging talent but also help artists engage with contemporary trends in art and aesthetics. Through this platform, Sonalika CSR is fostering the growth of Indian art and empowering the next generation of artists.
Empowering the Next Generation of Artists
While art education and careers celebrate human expressions and emotions, they remain exclusivist communities in practice due to inequalities in access and representation. To address the issue, Sonalika CSR partnered with the Art For Art Foundation and launched a unique program that empowers emerging artists and enriches the art landscape across India.
Under the initiative, aspiring artists are provided with multifaceted support through mentorship, residencies, training, and educational resources. Upon completion, the artists showcase their final works in public exhibitions, making their creations accessible to a wider audience.
In its efforts to foster the growth of Indian art and empower the next generation of artists, Sonalika CSR has touched the lives of 17 artists and 500 children through mentorship and awareness programs, respectively.
Sonalika Kalakriti
A creative engagement program was recently launched by Sonalika CSR, aiming to spark inspiration and imagination among children through art. The initiative brings together children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Together, they explore different forms of artistic expression and learn about career opportunities in creative fields. Children further dive into creative expression through various art workshops and activities.
During this year’s event, children painted a Tree of Unity with their palms, made artwork using waste materials, and participated in an interactive storytelling session. All the activities were carefully designed to encourage creativity and self-expression among children.
Sonalika CSR: Caring for Animals in Need
Sonalika CSR’s community efforts don’t stay limited to benefiting humans. Sonalika CSR has collaborated with the Friendicoes NGO to ensure the health and safety of animals in need. The program provides medical care, nutrition, hospitalisation, and rehabilitation to injured, infected, and neglected animals.
Till now, 85 small animals and 35 large animals have been treated, including dogs, cats, cows, horses, donkeys, and goats.
Young Explorers at Sonalika
In every initiative and every action, Sonalika CSR’s belief in nurturing growth through connection to culture and community remains steadfast. A shining example of this is our annual tradition—Young Explorers at Sonalika—where children get to peek into the professional world, adding wings to their imaginations and dreams.
Each year, the event is designed around a vibrant theme, inviting children to learn, create, and connect. Last year, the initiative celebrated Indian Culture and Tradition, introducing children to the drum beats, the magic of storytelling, and the joy of clay modelling and pottery. With the initiative, Sonalika CSR nurtures the value of curiosity, creativity, and community engagement in the hearts of the next generation.
